By using ODD ANGLE STUDIO products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with these Terms, do not use our apps. If you are using our products on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you agree to these Terms for that organization. You indicate that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.
You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to ODD ANGLE STUDIO.
ODD ANGLE STUDIO is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the app won’t work properly or at all.
You should be aware that there are certain things that ODD ANGLE STUDIO will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but ODD ANGLE STUDIO cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, ODD ANGLE STUDIO cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, ODD ANGLE STUDIO cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to ODD ANGLE STUDIO’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. ODD ANGLE STUDIO accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
Subscribed user has unlimited access to the app services.
1.Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
2.Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
3.Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
4.Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
5.Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:
1. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any ODD ANGLE STUDIO system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
2. Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of ODD ANGLE STUDIO, ODD ANGLE STUDIO’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of ODD ANGLE STUDIO’s providers;
3. Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide ODD ANGLE STUDIO;
4. Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing ODD ANGLE STUDIO;
5. Access or search ODD ANGLE STUDIO or download any intellectual property from ODD ANGLE STUDIO through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
6. Plant malware or use ODD ANGLE STUDIO to distribute malware;
7. Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam;
8. Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
9. Post or transmit anything fraudulent or misleading, or that infringes on others’ rights;
10. Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
11. Violate the privacy of others;
12. Violate any applicable law or regulation; or
13. Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.
Although we’re not obligated to monitor access to or use of ODD ANGLE STUDIO or your content or to review or edit any of your content or the intellectual property of other ODD ANGLE STUDIO users, we have the right to do so to operate ODD ANGLE STUDIO, to ensure compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to remove or disable access to any of your content at any time and without notice, including, but not limited to, if we, at our sole discretion, consider any of your content to be objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affect ODD ANGLE STUDIO. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.
We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It’s our policy to terminate those accounts that repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. we will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
